Meet Chef Sam

Chef Sam is so proud to bring his deeply seasonal cooking home to where it all began. After training at Hudson County Culinary Arts and working in kitchens from Manhattan to Cape Cod, Sam found his voice in intimate, backyard supper clubs during the shutdown. Sam’s Table is the next chapter — a 26-seat dining room shaped by precision, hospitality, and the joy of a shared meal.
